He tenanted my property after one inspection, and was able to secure three months rent up front on a twelve month contract, with a high quality tenant. He is professional but also very personable. Up front, honest, and manages my needs very well. Having dealt with real estates for 17 years as a tenant I know the pain of real estates that just treat you like a number.
