As an experienced financial planner spending 15 years building businesses, I have chosen to specialise in real estate as I am passionate about property and helping people. As a trusted financial planner, I have been involved in many real estate deals personally and professionally, from buying and selling to commercial transactions. I identified there was a gap in the Property Management service and decided to bring new solutions to the Gold Coast Real Estate Market. Property Management is my focus, as I can build and maintain relationships with both tenants and owners, helping individuals to achieve their real estate goals.

  When we were thinking of moving interstate, Drew helped us not only decide on areas to consider a property in, but also sent us multiple properties regularly to assist us with moving. Moving interstate can be really difficult if you're planning renting first as most places need you to walk through the properties first. Drew was our point of call for that and made himself available for any properties we needed in person viewing. I would highly recommend Drew to anyone. He is hard working, has his clients needs and wants as a priority. He tenanted my property after one inspection, and was able to secure three months rent up front on a twelve month contract, with a high quality tenant.

He is professional but also very personable. Up front, honest, and manages my needs very well.
